Some colourful veggies like capsicum, carrots, and zucchini
3 eggs
1.5 cups of flour
1.5 of cup of milk
A handful chopped onions
1 tbsp of flour or cornflour
Splash of butter/oil
2-3 cups of salty stock water
Some vegemite
A dash of apple cider vinegar
20 min prep + 30 min cooking time
5+ (with assistance from a grown up)
